Is the reading really free?

Yes. The intro reading on the Get a Free Reading page is free of charge. You do not enter payment information. Longer sessions are available but only if you choose them and explicitly check out.

Who are the readers?

Independent practitioners we have interviewed and vetted. Every reader has a public profile listing their tools, experience, style, and sample messages. We do not publish readers who lack verified references.

How accurate are psychic readings?

Honest answer: accuracy varies. A reader can describe the shape of a situation and surface blind spots, but they are reading energy, not certainties. Treat a reading as one useful lens — alongside your own judgement and the people who know you — not as a single source of truth.

What information do I need to share?

Your first name and a clear question. Birth date or astrology details help certain reading types; a photo is never required. You decide how much context to provide — readers work with what you give them.

Can I ask about someone else?

Yes — readings about partners, family members, or colleagues are common. We do focus on what the energy says about your side of the connection; readers will not make claims about another person’s private decisions.

What if the reading feels wrong?

Tell us. For paid sessions we review the case and, where a service issue is confirmed, offer a refund or a credit with another reader — see the refund policy for details. For free sessions, we will always route you to a second reader for a fresh perspective at no cost.
